2 cups of wheat flour
1 Tbsp of baking powder
And enough water to make a thick knead-able dough.

Knead just enough to mix.
Tear off hunks about the size of a golf ball
Flatten them with a rolling pin on a floured surface.
Roll into a circle shape
Roll until about an 1/8 of an inch thick.

Heat a cast iron pan toss the bread into ungreased pan fry until bubbles form. Flip and fry the other side for about 2 minutes check to see if it looks done.

Thats it, a quick and easy fry bread for your camping trips.

Instead of using a rolling pin you can also pat them between your floured hands to the right shape and thickness.

Or even just pat them flat on a floured surface with your hands.

In a crunch a glass laid on it’s side makes a serviceable rolling pin.
