USE 1/2 SERVINGS FOR 2-3 PEOPLE
2 Cups of Flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Lg eggs
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1. Mix in a bowl flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, and butter with a mixer or a spoon. when its all mixed you are ready to make pancakes
2. take a scooper or a soup laddle, and scoop into a hot cast iron pan or stainless steel pan, put the heat on 2 or low and keep adding butter or shortening, and you can use lard as well if you do not have these, as the pan becomes dry.
3. You should have pancakes by now.
You can use vanilla extract as an extra taste, or add some fruit in with the pancake mix for an extra flavor, like raisins, strawberries cut up, blue berries, bananas, etc.
