It’s GREAT, and the easiest thing I have ever cooked, and I actually don’t think you could screw up this recipe. there’s only 3 ingredients and some water in the whole thing.

FIRST….Take 6 cups of all purpose flour and put in a large mixing bowl,
sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of salt, and then stir it up real good..

NEXT…take 3 cups of room temperature water and sprinkle in 1 level teaspoon of “active dry yeast” …
then pour the water and yeast mixture into the flower and stir it up as good as you can…

NOTE…at this point, I had what looked like the thick white paste that we used in the first grade to glue stuff together..

NEXT…cover your mixing bowl and your white glue with a kitchen towel, set it aside for 18 to 24 hours…and don’t touch it.

NEXT..after 18 to 24 hours with your mixture in your mixing bowl, you will need to pour the mixture into a large cooking bowl, one that’s OK to put in the oven. I used a large Corning ware bowl with a glass lid.
Don’t grease the bowl, Just pour the mixture into the cooking bowl and then cover with the towel and let it sit for one more hour..

NEXT..preheat your oven, to 375 degrees then put your bowl in the oven for 45 to 60 minutes..I baked it for the first 30 minutes with a lid on then 30 minutes with the lid off. You want to watch it at the end, so it gets a pretty gold colored crust..

NEXT…I removed it from the oven and I used a butter knife to kinda loosen it around the edges, then I just plopped it out onto a cutting board, then put it on a wire rack to cool for at least 30 minutes..
